Terms of use

This service helps clinics examine public visibility information and manage profiles they are authorized to represent. All capabilities are included in one plan. Workspace roles determine who can make changes.

Evidence and decisions

Reports identify their sources, observation times and unknown information. Scores are product measures, not clinical quality ratings, guaranteed search rankings or proof that a change has appeared publicly. Confirm critical details with the clinic before planning a visit.

Authorized use

Use accurate clinic records and only publish changes or replies you are authorized to make. Do not include confidential patient details in reviews, replies, service descriptions or uploaded images. Review the complete proposed change before confirming publication.

Google Maps content

Use of Google Maps features is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Google Maps content is identified separately. Respect its attributions and source links. Current public-hours reads are temporary views and are not included in saved reports or exports.

Operating organization

This hosted deployment is undergoing integration testing. The service operator’s legal identity, support contact and final service terms have not yet been configured. These details must be provided before accepting live client accounts.
